2025 SCCA RallyCross Southern Sweet Tea Classic SEDiv Championship
Your entry fee will include two days of competition on our smooth graded course, an event specific T-shirt, Saturday evening meal, and if you're fast enough a unique trophy designed by Leon Drake.

PARK ENTRY FEE:
Included in entry fee for drivers.
$5/day - cash if you're a spectator
You'll have to sign a park waiver. You'll get a cool wristband for your effort.
There is a two entrant/vehicle/class limit. Sorry no 3+ entrants per vehicle per class.
Entry cap is 80 drivers.

2 Day entry fee information:
- Dinner on Saturday is included night for competitor.
- If you have a guest coming with you, dinner can be purchased at the time of your registration.
- If you register by June 1, your entry will include an event t-shirt.
- Entries after June 1 may not include an event t-shirt
- Two-day event registration requires online payment.
- Entrants registered on or before June 1, we will charge your CC on June 1. Those that sign up after June 1, your CC will be charged when registration closes. We're working to accept CC payments on site. We'll know if this works after our event in May. If this works as expected, payments will be made at registration.

Lunch will be available onsite. Russ usually cooks burgers and hot dogs and is very reasonably priced. He does have a card payment option but because internet is so spotty there, plan to make payment in CASH.
The site is rural and between a couple of hills; cell phone coverage is very limited. We're working on accepting credit card payments for registration on site, please plan to bring your card or cash for entry fee payments. Please bring cash for lunch and any concessions, etc.

EVENT FORMAT:
The target is 3 timed sessions with 3 runs for each Saturday session and 4 for Sunday.
Event requirements
- MINOR WAIVERS
- Minor Annual Waivers MUST be filed for any participants (riding in vehicles or in any hot area during the event) under 19 years of age.
- Minor waivers must be completed prior to attending our event.
- Minor waiver cannot be completed onsite.
- PLEASE FILL AND SUBMIT FORMS ASAP (waivers can take several days to fully process).
- Once your form is processed, it is valid for the 2025 calendar year.
- please make sure to have an offline/printed copy on-hand on the day as reception at Hollytree can be inconsistent

- HELMETS
- All drivers and riders must wear a helmet.
- All helmets MUST meet current SCCA safety standards (found here).
- A limited number of loaner helmets are available on site, but are first-come first-served.
- TECH INSPECTION
- All vehicles in all classes must pass on-site Tech Inspection
- Inspection points include (but are not limited to):
- All loose interior components removed (floor mats, tools, anything not mechanically attached to the vehicle).
- Batteries securely affixed to the vehicle (no bungies, ratchet straps, or zip ties).
- Bumpers (front/rear) present and mounted securely.
- All wheel bearings are functional and safe.
- Tires are not dry-rotted or cracked and are capable of holding air.
- CLASS REGULATIONS
- All vehicles must also conform to their specific class regulations and standards.

- On-site support for classing can be requested from a Safety Officer or at Registration.

- SAFETY
- Any vehicle running street tires should air up to at least 40 PSI.
- Pre-running the course in a vehicle before or on the event date prior to Parade Laps is strictly prohibited.
- Children and pets MUST NOT be left loose or unattended.
- Pets must remain leashed at all times during the event.
- NO MOTORIZED OR POWERED RECREATIONAL VEHICLES ALLOWED ON-TRACK DURING COURSE WALKS.
- All camera and recording equipment MUST be mounted securely on/in the vehicle while on track.
- Hand-held recording devices are NOT permitted in vehicles on the track or by course-workers while vehicles are running.
- Photographers and videographers within the track area while vehicles are on course MUST be escorted by an otherwise unoccupied participant.
